Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Executive to manage and optimize Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems and digital sales platforms. The role focuses on ensuring high system adoption, smooth digital order execution, accurate data reporting, and strong coordination between sales teams and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Sales & Distribution software for field sales teams.
- Ensure system adoption, compliance, and data accuracy across users.
- Manage customer mobile app backend and digital order routing.
- Track order execution, delivery performance, and resolve issues.
- Support digital campaigns, loyalty programs, and trade initiatives.
- Develop MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management.
- Coordinate with software vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
- Conduct system training and maintain SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence.
- Hands-on experience with SFA / DMS systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary Budget: 70k – 90k
