Job Description
To promote and drive sales of contraceptives, IUDs, implants, medical devices, nutraceuticals, and other Women’s Health products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensure product availability, and achieve territory sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
- Conduct effective product detailing and scientific promotion to doctors and healthcare providers.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and key customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and prescription generation within the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute customer visits, call cycles, sampling, CME activities, and promotional plans.
- Identify and develop new customers, particularly within the Family Planning segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare timely sales reports, customer coverage plans, and market updates through TMX.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and DRAP ethical promotion standards.
Requirements
- Education: Science Graduate.
- Experience: Min 2 years of relevant sales experience in the Gynecology, or Healthcare sector.
- Must be well-presented, professional, and confident in dealing with healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, territory management, and sales execution skills.
- Good product knowledge and ability to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Salary: PKR 43,000/- to 50,000/-
