Job Description
seeking dynamic Area Sales Managers – Pharma to lead a team and drive sales performance in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and strengthening relationships with distributors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for all SKUs.
- Assign targets and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Expand distribution coverage for the pharma business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and service providers.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and trade activities.
- Monitor sales progress, ensure customer productivity, and track purchase history.
- Train and develop the commercial team and service providers.
Requirements:
- Education: MSc or Science Graduate.
- Experience: 4–5 years in sales, preferably in the pharma sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to monitor and drive sales performance.
Salary Range: 100k – 150k
