Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Commercial Lead to drive the growth, profitability, and transformation of a modern women’s reproductive healthcare clinic network in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies to expand the clinic network and strengthen brand presence.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and transform underperforming clinics.
- Increase client volumes through service enhancement, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Relevant Field
- 8–12 years of experience in commercial leadership, business transformation, or operations within a service-based industry.
- Strong experience in revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and business performance management.
- Proven track record of improving underperforming business units.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, wellness, or other patient-facing industries is preferred.
