Job Description
To manage and coordinate the Customer Care Desk for Import Operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries, timely updates, and smooth import-related coordination. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import shipments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Documentation, Customs, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Monitor import shipments, track delays, and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Support the import operations team in daily tasks, including document verification, follow-ups, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, import regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, B.com or BA along with customer service experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Salary – 45K – 50K
Location: Clifton Gizri, Karachi
