Job Description
We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit institution/Businesses to introduce and promote international tours and travel packages.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding tour packages, itineraries, pricing, bookings, and travel requirements.
- Promote and sell Europe tour packages to individual and group customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and travel partners.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional languages will be preferred).
- Well-dressed, presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Can presented a video or seminar in an event or corporate gatherings.
- Experience of 2-3 years in an international tour or travel company will be preferred.
- Education Bachelors in relevant field.
- Knowledge of international tours, particularly Europe, will be an advantage.
