Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales to develop international business for industrial minerals, mainly Talcum Powder. The candidate will be responsible for identifying foreign buyers, generating export sales, maintaining customer relationships, and independently handling export communication and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and develop new international customers and export markets for Talcum Powder and other industrial minerals.
  • Independently communicate with foreign buyers through emails, calls, and online meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize export orders.
  • Handle complete export sales cycle from inquiry to shipment.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments for timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading
  • Certificate of Origin
  • LC Documents
  • Shipping & Customs Documents

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in industrial minerals or related export industry.

Salary Range: 60k – 90k
