Job Description
The role will lead the organization’s Compliance, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) function across all facilities nationwide, with Compliance, Audit Management, SOP Governance and Regulatory Readiness as the key areas of focus.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Regulatory
- Establish and monitor a national compliance framework across all facilities.
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, industry and client-specific compliance.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, licenses, approvals and compliance records.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- GDP / DRAP knowledge will be an advantage, particularly for pharmaceutical clients.
Audit & SOP Governance
- Lead internal, external, regulatory and client audits.
- Ensure continuous audit readiness across facilities.
- Manage audit findings, root-cause analysis and CAPA closure.
- Develop, review, standardize and control SOPs, policies and checklists.
- Ensure SOP sanctity, implementation and proper documentation both on paper and on ground.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
- Establish consistent QHSE standards across warehousing and storage operations.
- Drive risk assessments, incident/near-miss investigation, emergency preparedness and safety compliance.
- Oversee environmental compliance, waste management and facility-level environmental controls.
- Ensure quality, traceability, storage and process controls relevant to FMCG, pharmaceutical and agricultural clients.
New Facilities & Operational Readiness
- Ensure every new facility is compliant and QHSE-ready before operationalization.
- Conduct facility compliance/risk assessments and ensure required approvals, SOPs, safety and environmental controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance requirements are updated following expansion, relocation, new processes or new client requirements.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead the national QHSE/Compliance team and establish their KPIs, training and development plans.
- Work closely with Facility Leads, Operations, Engineering, HR, Security and other functions.
- Drive a culture where compliance and safety are embedded into day-to-day operations rather than treated as a documentation exercise.
- Provide regular QHSE/compliance dashboards, risk reports and management updates to the Management.
REQUIREMENT:
- Senior-level experience in Compliance / QHSE / HSE / Quality / Safety.
- Strong multi-site / nationwide operations experience.
- Proven audit, SOP governance, regulatory compliance, risk and CAPA experience.
- Warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, agricultural or similar industry exposure preferred.
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- ISO / NEBOSH / IOSH or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and field implementation capability.
Compensation: PKR 300,000–350,000
