- Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Reliability, Projects, and Infrastructure Management functions across the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to improve plant reliability, operational efficiency, and asset performance.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to maximize equipment availability and OEE.
- Lead CAPEX projects, including plant expansion, machinery installation, modernization, automation, and commissioning.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability and optimization of plant utilities, including power, gas, steam, water, compressed air, HVAC, and wastewater treatment.
- Drive industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, IIoT, and CMMS.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage engineering budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), vendor relationships, and engineering procurement.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO standards, and statutory engineering requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams while collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and HSE.
Experience: 10–12 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Reliability, and Capital Projects within a Food Manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
Qualification: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering from a PEC-recognized university. An MS in Engineering will be preferred.
