Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Operations Expert to support a project focused on evaluating and improving logistics, operational processes, and network-based service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in logistics and operations, preferably within postal, courier, transportation, or similar service networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze existing logistics and operational processes.
- Review service delivery networks, workflows, and operational performance.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop practical recommendations to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Support project deliverables, analysis, documentation, and implementation recommendations.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather operational data and validate findings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MUST)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Experience in postal, courier, logistics, transportation, or network-based service operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver project assignments within defined timelines.
Contract3–5 months, project-based engagement.
