Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sector Specialist / Management Consultant to support a 3–5 month consulting assignment involving large-scale service delivery networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sector-specific expertise and industry insights.
- Assess existing operating models, processes, and service delivery networks.
- Identify opportunities for network optimization, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement.
- Analyze operational KPIs and develop practical improvement recommendations.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions, operational assessments, and benchmarking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support development of implementation roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Preferred Sector Experience
Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
- Courier / Express & Logistics, Transportation, E-Commerce / Last-Mile Delivery, Retail / Branch Networks, Financial Services, FMCG Distribution, Other comparable large-scale service delivery networks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience.
- Proven experience with large-scale, geographically distributed service delivery networks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Previous management consulting, transformation, or operational excellence experience will be an advantage.
