Job Description
We are seeking a Market Research & Digital Transformation Expert to support a short-term project focused on market analysis, digital transformation, e-commerce, and customer-oriented service development. The consultant will conduct research, identify market and digital opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support business growth and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and industry analysis, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assess digital transformation and e-commerce opportunities relevant to the project.
- Analyze customer journeys, service delivery models, and digital touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for business development, digital adoption, and customer experience enhancement.
- Develop research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate findings and support implementation recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Digital Transformation, or a related field. (MUST)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in:
- Market Research
- Business Development
- Digital Transformation
- E-commerce
- Customer-Oriented Services
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Experience working on consulting or project-based assignments will be an advantage.
- Duration: 3–5 months
- Nature: Project-Based / Contract
