Job Description
Lead the production process for the Wire and Cables Division, focusing on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Ensure timely, cost-effective production, oversee a skilled team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing and productivity improvements.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and coordinate with procurement for material sourcing.
- Ensure quality compliance and handle corrective actions for quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial & Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in production, ideally in Automotive, Building Materials, Steel, Packaging, or Plastics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills.
