Job Description

  • Identify and onboard new direct shipping customers (BCOs, exporters, importers)
  • Maintain and develop strong long-term relationships with key strategic clients
  • Focus on assigned trade routes to grow market share and cargo volumes
  • Conduct field sales visits to maintain existing relationships and develop new customers
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, report on performance, and support growth strategies

  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Proven negotiation & sales expertise
  • Strong market insight with strategic thinking ability

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience: 3 years in Shipping/Logistics

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
