Job Description

  • Issue delivery orders and address all import-related queries/ Pre alert messages
  • Handle counter customer interactions.
  • Manage container refund cases.
  • Coordinate counterpart messages and obtain lines NOCs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachler’s in reputed institution.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Shipping line experience at DO counter.

Salary: 65K to 75k
