Reports To: Production Manager
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Budget: 80k to 90k
Role Overview
The company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Controller to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in blow molding and injection molding with strong process control, rigorous documentation practices, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Process Management: Oversee daily machine operations, cycle times, parameter setups, and output targets across manufacturing lines.
- Quality & Documentation: Maintain complete, precise, and timely production records, shift logs, process monitoring sheets, and defect reports.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate, high-frequency operational and status reports directly to the Production Manager.
- 5S Implementation: Maintain strict workplace organization, cleanliness, and standardization across all production floors in alignment with 5S principles.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify line inefficiencies, process deviations, or defect trends early and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Hands-on Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of proven working experience in Injection Molding (IM), Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), and Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) systems and machinery.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, excellent reporting abilities, and a collaborative mindset
