Job Detail

Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they deliver desired results and align with overall strategy.
Establish and enforce internal controls, company policies, and operational procedures.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
Work closely with the CFO to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Oversee capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations as needed.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all company operations.
Maintain effective communication with the Board and provide accurate and timely information.

Qualification:

MBA or other advanced degree preferred
10-15 years of experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive role.
Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
