Job Description

• Handle end-to-end import and export operations for UAE shipments.
• Process and manage Delivery Orders (D/O) through DP World and other terminal portals.
• Prepare, submit, and manage Dubai Manifestation (Import & Export Manifest Processing).
• Coordinate shipment documentation, customs requirements, and cargo movement.
• Process container release requests and coordinate with shipping lines and terminals.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely operational execution.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and terminal operators.
• Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with UAE shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment processing.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following systems:
• Dubai Trade Portal
• Gulftainer Portal
• DP World Portal
• Dubai Manifest Processing
• Climax ERP (or practical experience working on Climax shipping software)
• Shipping Line & Terminal Portals
• Import & Export Documentation
• Container Release Processing
• Operational Portal Activities

Required Knowledge:
The candidate should have sound knowledge of:
• Import & Export Shipment Handling
• Bill of Lading (BL) processing
• Manifest submission and amendments
• Container release procedures
• Delivery Order (D/O) issuance
• Shipping documentation
• UAE shipping and terminal operations
• Coordination with customs, terminals, and transporters

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Shipping or Logistics will be an added advantage

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in UAE shipping operations.
