Job Description
This role manages the planning, execution, and quality assurance of donor-funded development projects, focusing on communications, research, advocacy, and cross-sectoral coordination. Responsibilities include proposal writing, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with donor standards. Frequent travel across Pakistan is required for field monitoring, partner coordination, and donor engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present project-related data /reports for external and internal meetings and scientific conferences.
- Write high-quality proposals and concept notes to secure donor funding.
- Coordinate with donors, partners, and the government for effective program execution
- Conduct research, assessments, and data analysis to guide project strategy
- Ensure compliance through regular monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Prepare donor reports, success stories, and other communication materials
- Collaborate across departments to support implementation and information flow
- Provide technical input, training materials, and strategic support to teams
- Integrate health programs with broader organizational initiatives
- Present progress updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Travel frequently across Pakistan for field visits and coordination
- Take on additional tasks aligned with organizational and project goals
Requirements:
- Qualification: Master’s in Public Health, Development Studies, Communications, or related field
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
