Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Genset Sales Executive to drive the sales of diesel generator sets (gensets) and hybrid energy solutions (solar + genset). The ideal candidate will have experience in selling power backup solutions to industrial, commercial, and off-grid clients, with a strong understanding of solar integration.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell diesel generators and hybrid solar-genset systems.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and remote/off-grid sectors.
- Understand customer power needs and propose suitable solutions (e.g., capacity sizing, solar-diesel hybrid options).
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and design.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, technical proposals, and ROI analyses.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
- Stay updated on solar and genset market trends, policies, and competitor products.
