Job Detail

Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an efficient and effective team.
Responsible for the management of terminal operations to ensure the efficient utilization of labor and equipment to provide optimum productivity and reliable services to customers and terminal users.
Maintain and develop safe Operations Operating Procedures in accordance to company Policies.
Ensure the implementation of Safety standards in operations.
Develop / groom operations staff to takeover senior roles in future.
Keep appropriate supervision to ensure that operations staff and contractors in yard follow safe working procedures while performing their operational activities.
Implement succession planning within Operations department to maintain multiskilling for key positions.
assigned by the Manager Operations.
Look after overall management of shift when working in night shift like administration, security, engineering, Paccs, labor customs, trucker and port authorities
